miniZ v2.5e is out!

Hi everyone,

A new miniZ version v2.5e is out with added support for KarlsenhashV2 for Karlsen (KLS).

Also, adjusted settings for dual mining. You can now dual mine with any pair of algorithms.

Changelog:

• Added support for KarlsenhashV2 (FishHash+) for Karlsen (KLS) support.
  For AMD and NVIDIA. Fee: 0.95%.
• Adjusted/improved parameters for dual mining. (see FAQ)
• Dual mining with any two algo combinations (NVIDIA).
• Removed ZIL support.
• Other minor fixes.

You can check dual algo mining stats information on Telemetry. Ex: localhost:20000/dual
