miniZ v1.0i+

We revised miniZ version to v1.0i+.

• Modifications to improve stability.
• Speed improvement in Windows version.
• Merged output and errors into the same logfile.
• --gpu-line is default if more than 3 GPU.

Remember that you can always verify miniZ version with --version option.

If you have been experiencing stability issues we encourage you to try this version.

Also, if you use Windows, you will get an improvement in performance by updating to v1.0i+.
