miniZ v1.0i++

We revised miniZ version to v1.0i++.

• GTX 1080 Ti performance is back!
• Fixed logfile output.
• Further attempts to correct uncommon but persistent crashes.

Remember that you can always verify miniZ version with --version option.

If you have GTX 1080 Ti/RTX 2080 Ti GPUs we encourage you to try this version.
